Terms and conditions

  • These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you (the “Client”) and Mindset Architect Collective (the “Practitioner”). By engaging in services provided by the Practitioner, you agree to these terms.

  • The Practitioner provides psychological assessment, therapy, facilitation, public speaking and related services. These services are designed to assist Clients in addressing mental health concerns, personal development or corporate needs.

    • Booking: Appointments can be scheduled via phone, email, or the Practitioner’s website.

    • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a cancellation fee of the full amount.

    • Fees: The standard fee for services is $220.00 per hour for therapy services and on request for corporate services. Fees for specific services may vary.

    • Payment: Payment is due at the time of service. We accept electronic transfer.

    • Insurance: If applicable, it is the Client's responsibility to check with their insurance provider regarding coverage for psychological services.

  • The Practitioner respects Client confidentiality in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles and the relevant professional standards. Information disclosed during sessions will not be shared without your consent, except as required by law or in cases of imminent risk of harm.

  • Clients are expected to:

    • Attend appointments on time.

    • Provide accurate information regarding their mental health and history.

    • Engage in the therapeutic process and communicate openly.

  • The Practitioner will provide services with reasonable care and skill. However, the Practitioner shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from the services provided.

  • Either party may terminate the therapeutic relationship at any time. Clients are encouraged to discuss any concerns with the Practitioner before making this decision.

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland in Australia.

  • The Practitioner reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes via website update.
